As Chief Operating Officer, Scott Pate is chartered with furthering the company’s technology dominance within the Public Safety Industry. Previously Vice President, Software Products, Scott joined CommSys in 2015 bringing an impeccable record of over 30 years of expertise in Public Safety technology, product leadership, business development and hands-on practitioner roles. Prior to CommSys, Scott held senior technical leadership positions with leading Public Safety software providers.

As Vice President, Product Management and Marketing, Valeria Ferrell leads the company’s go-to-market strategies with on point, CJIS connectivity and access solutions. Valeria joined CommSys in 2020 as Product Marketing Manager offering a valuable mix of astute industry insight and user experience. Borne of 30+ years in Public Safety, Ms. Ferrell concentrated her technical career in CAD, Mobile and RMS product management leadership roles with major public safety software providers. She also has extensive user level experience with agency dispatching.

Don Ludlow joined CommSys, Inc. in January 2022 as Vice President, Sales. In this role, Don will lead the company’s sales success by ensuring the success and satisfaction of CommSys partners and their clients. As a respected industry veteran within the Public Safety Technology space, Don brings over 35 years of market expertise with leading mission-critical equipment providers.
